CLINTON HILL TOWNHOUSE

Brooklyn, NY

This project took us a really long time - as in 5 years!!! There are so many artisans and craftspeople involved in the execution of this project that we are grateful to. We collaborated with the best vendors that were instrumental in bearing with us and producing the materials that make this project special! Restoring an 1870s townhouse in an NYC Landmarked District takes a level of focus and work that challenged us to the maximum degree. Everything in this project has been hand-selected to try to bring back the feel of a Victorian home, but refreshed and updated with a sprinkle of whimsy. We imported fireplaces from the UK, sourced plumbing from Samuel Heath and Barber Wilsons, found Balineum Hardware, wallpapered with House of Hackney and painted with Farrow & Ball. We also threw in healthy dose of French, Swedish, and American design to round it out! Finally got our London townhouse….in Brooklyn.
