This breathtaking penthouse with sweeping views of the Hudson River and Downtown Manhattan had not been touched since it was developed in the early 90’s. Our first task was to update the bathrooms with new plumbing fixtures, tile and lighting. We created a glamorous mirrored closet area in the master bathroom and installed a gorgeous wallpaper to punch up the powder room. Finally, we updated the bedrooms and living room with new curtains, rugs and accessories. Our biggest challenge was accommodating our clients request for an oversized mirror for the powder room and making it fit in between the vanity and the light fixture.
